Pacific Northwest Food + Wine Experience

Break your cabin fever and explore the beautiful wines of the Pacific Northwest!

We'll be tasting five wines paired with five incredible PNW-inspired dishes created by Joesph Rousey, chef of My Southernish.

Menu:

First Course: A beet cured salmon with creamy herbed cucumber
Paired with: Ransom Wines & Spirits 2017 Pinot Gris, Cattrall Vineyard, Eola-Amity Hills

Second Course: A tartine duo featuring Publican Quality Bread. Hazelnut Romesco sauce on a tartine with charred scallions. Smoked Ricotta tartine with garlic, fennel and Jacobsen salt co flake salt (portland oregon harvested salts)
Paired with: J. Christopher 2018 Sauvignon Blanc, Willamette Valley

Third Course: Celery root and celery leaf salad- served with a meyer lemon vinaigrette, walnuts, pomegranate seed, and poppy seeds
Paired with: Point North 2019 Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley

Fourth Course: Spicy Pork Crepinettes with two potato puree and mushrooms. House-made, rustic fennel and harissa spiced pork sausage patties wrapped in a thin layer of caul fat with a yukon gold and russet potato puree. Served with mixed mushrooms.
Paired with: Owen Roe 2018 'Rosa Mystica' Cabernet Franc, Yakima Valley

Fifth Course: Chevre rice pudding, served chilled with dates, candied citrus, pistachios and honey
Paired with: Brooks 2019 Riesling, Willamette Valley

Seating is extremely limited and capped at 20 people for this intimate event. $75/person
