One of the most common questions we get is, “How should I start collecting wine at home?” Which bottles, grapes, areas, and mostly, which wines will age well? Please join our Chief Wine Officer, Matt Morin, as he answers these questions and guides you through a tasting of 5 wines that exemplify the characteristics he looks for when cellaring wine.

Matt is an avid wine collector with a well-rounded cellar (read: everything he cellars isn’t necessarily expensive or already aged). Our tasting will include wines that are ready to drink right now, along with wines that will continue to develop over the years. With plenty of information to share, this is a tasting you will want to be ready to take notes at!

• Seating for 16 in ko-ze’s private event room. Book as many tickets as you like!

• $55 per person, including a guided tasting of 5 wines, artisan bread service, tax, and gratuity.

• 21+ only. No refunds, but tickets are transferable.

• Ability to order retail wine bottles at a 10% discount on 2 bottles or more.
