Summer is full of these articulations; community parades, Fourth of July fireworks, backyard bbqs, days at the beach! All uniquely American experiences.

Join us in a journey of flavor from the vineyards of Napa Valley to the coastal shores of Maine. This evening is designed to celebrate these expressions of culture and nostalgia through a seasonally focused tasting.

MENU:

First Course: Chips, Dips & Veggies: green goddess & white bean dips served with housemade vegetable chips and market fresh summer vegetables

Paired with: Brooks, Pinot Blanc Willamette Valley (2019)

Second Course: Chef's Wedge Salad- An iceberg wedge topped with creamy blue cheese dressing, applewood smoked bacon bits, and chives, topped with smoked blue cheese crumbles

Paired with: Varner, Pinot Noir Los Alamos Vineyard Santa Barbara County (2015)

Third Course: East Coast Lobster "Bun" - our take on the classic lobster roll. Brown butter lobster meat in a steamed bun. Served with a side of corn & tomatoes- dressed lightly with red wine vinegar

Paired with: Taft Street 2018 Chardonnay, Napa Valley

Fourth Course: Summer Berry Trifle- Vanilla pound cake cubes soaked in an orange flower syrup. Served with cardamom-infused cream and rosewater berries. Topped with a sprinkle of pistachio and dried rose petals
